Using the Services

Beta and pre-release products
Some products are provided before general release (for example, as a TestFlight or invite-only beta). Pre-release software may be incomplete, change without notice, or contain bugs. It is provided “as is” for evaluation, and we make no guarantees about its availability or reliability.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create with the Services. You grant us only the limited permissions necessary to operate the Services for you (for example, to store or sync your data when you ask us to). We do not claim ownership of your content.

Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services and our users.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
